Memberships Our experienced and reputable team at the Forensic Foundations Group founded and manages three independent organizational entities each having its own community of members, all of whom are active or have professional interests in the forensic laboratory sciences. The Forensic Foundations Group funds and incubates these organizations for eventual transition to nonprofit status and independence.

The Forensic Science Chamber of Commerce..............................................................................................................$1,680 Full membership in the Forensic Science Chamber of Commerce is for businesses serving the forensic sciences. This membership comes with a number of special privileges and benefits, including advertising and authorship rights in Crime Lab Report. The Forensic Science Chamber of Commerce (Employee Registration)....................................................................Free This membership category is for employees of businesses who have joined the chamber of commerce and wish to be active in it's activities. If your company is a member of the chamber, please register as soon as possible.
Ambassador membership is the highest personal level of membership, and is the only level that includes membership in both the American Congress of Forensic Science Laboratories AND the Forensic Science Chamber of Commerce. Ambassadors must have at least 5 years of experience working as a competency-tested, testifying forensic laboratory scientist - or - 3 years of experience working in a FLSA exempt supervisory or administrative position within a forensic science laboratory where at least one full-time, competency-tested, testifying scientist is employed. Ambassadors are voting members in the ACFSL and nonvoting members of the chamber.

It is also a great way to stay informed about the American Congress of Forensic Science Laboratories and the Forensic Science Chamber of Commerce. Subscribers have no memberships in the ACFSL or the Chamber, and they have no voting privileges. Crime Lab Report subscriptions are available to the general public.
Friends of the Group are nonpaying, nonvoting members on our mailing list who receive occasional electronic communications and news about the Congress, the Chamber, and Crime Lab Report. They also receive notices of press releases and other newsworthy events. Friends of the Group are simply on our mailing list and do not have access to member-only pages and archives |
